I had an account with DA earlier too, but never posted anything. I thought I would wait till my art improves and then post some good stuff. But now I have realized that nothing happens by waiting alone, one also needs to work constantly. So this time I have this new account and will start off with something at least for the sake of posting. I think this would keep my interest alive.
